Whole Wheat Pumpkin Flax Bread


This pumpkin bread is full of flavor from fresh ground whole food ingredients including whole pumpkin, whole wheat berries, and whole flax seeds.  Besides superior wholesome nutritional value, its taste is awesome!  

Ingredients
  • 2 3/4 C* Baked Pumpkin with skin and seeds pureed by Vita-Mix High-End Blenders
  • 1 3/4 C Wheat Berries ground to whole wheat flour by Vita-Mix
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/4 C Olive or Canola Oil
  • 1/4 C Milk
  • 3/4 C Flax Seeds ground by Vita-Mix
  • 1 C Raw Sugar
  • 2 t Cinnamon Powder
  • 1/2 t Nutmeg Powder
  • 1/2 t Ginger Powder
  • 1 3/4 t Baking Powder
  • 3/4 t Baking Soda
  • 3/4 t Salt
  • 3/4 C Walnuts

Mix all ingredients well and pour into a 7x11 inches pan. Bake at 350F for 50 minutes or until golden brown.  Enjoy!
