Grapefruit Whole Juice













Have you heard grapefruit can help lower blood pressure?  I heard it a few years ago.  So I planted a grapefruit tree in my backyard.  Here is an organic fruit from the tree. 













I want to get as much whole food out of it as possible. So I only peel the skin,


and divide it into a few pieces.













Instead of chewing them all to get all the nutrients from whole food, I put them into Vitamix.
